When people start up or join a business they will have a reason but somehow over time the reasons fall to the back of the mind and the day to day work of "doing the businss" takes over. Very often we get so busy "doing" that we forget what we are doing it for.

From time to time we need to take ourselves away from the things that we do to ask ourselves what do I want to achieve and, as a team, what do we want to achive.together.

Without following a route to his or her destimation a traveller will end up somewhere, but probably not where they want to be.

Because we work only for owner managed busessses we know that time it precious but we also know that if no time is spent on strategic thinking then time may be being wasted. A little bit of time spent on strategic thinking gives purpose to the time spent on operational matters .
